Shipping Information

We ship from multiple locations.

Most Orders shipped FEDEX / UPS Ground - Reliable delivery includes free tracking.

We do not ship to PO BOX.

The average delivery time is 2-6 business days.  Estimated delivery after the order was picked up by carrier, not when it was placed online.

We ship to the address specified by the customer. If the address given to us is incorrect, resulting in a returned package, we can only re-ship to a corrected address if the postage is paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to choose other shipping carriers or shipping methods, when necessary, in order to preserve discount levels or in other reasonable circumstances.

Free shipping on select items and / or orders $189 and up.

Minimum spending thresholds for free shipping must be met independently for each warehouse location rather that combined for overall cart.

If your shopping cart contains "Pre-Order" items, order usually ships on or near the estimated date shown on the product page.
